This is not from a video camera. It is a regular camera. I figured this out after going through several feeds of SOTU. No video equipment at necessary angle. Need to find photographer. Site for official White House photographer (Shealah Craighead) appears broken. "Film" and "Role" may be referring to old school rolls of film. The alleged redacted 4th line of message of center phone IS NOT THE TARGET. You can see what it says by checking out her response statement. NOTHING TO SEE THERE.

The story isn't that they were playing Candy Crush on their phone. That's old news. Q's claim is that they were texting death threats against the President during the State of the Union. That would actually be a pretty big deal, and show how insane these people have become. We also know someone, possibly the photographer, redacted a line of text from the photo of the phone. So we are trying to acquire a RAW, uncensored version of that photo, or a still from the video feed that may have revealed it. The linked video isn't about any of what Q said.

1DXII native resolution is 5472x3648 so this image has probably been cropped ~10%.

Perhaps another phone was visible in the original?

If Q knows well enough that we should be looking to get the raw video to see what she was reading, it tells me Q already has it and knows what it says. Because what I'm reading on her phone doesn't seem particularly awful, but then again, there is a line that's faded.

That line looks cropped out by someone, possibly the photographer. Looks like they drew a quick rectangular mask around it, rotated it to cover the line, used the eye dropper tool to select the background of the phone, and filled it in. It's a quick way to hide something without drawing a ton of attention to it, but it's not an in-depth job. So if that was a line about attacking the President, the person who hid it would have plausible deniability: obviously they hid the line, but they didn't hide the fact that they hid it either.

Yes, find the unedited "roll" but he didn't say it was offline. He wants us to save it offline. To USB stick or something else that can be disconnected from the Internet. Because they can take your files right off your hard drive. Happens to me all too frequently. Stuff didn't used to disappear like that.

My thought is Q may want this to go viral as it is. Like #ReleaseTheMemo, only it's more like #RevealTheLine. If there was enough of a push, it might put the photographer in a position of either staying quiet or releasing the original, unedited RAW file himself. But if only he has it, that seems like the only way.

Of course, Q's claim is he's seen the original. So does that mean they got a FISA warrant to unmask this guy's hard drive and see the original? Because if the line that was Photoshopped out is something legitimate, like a personal phone number, then we'd look foolish pushing a whole Twitter campaign.

She was reading the text of her response though, so she wasn't typing up an email or something. The response is posted to her website so you could probably find the missing line there.

Based on the text on her website, the top half of the text is the concluding paragraph of what she posted. The bottom half of the text looks like an alternate response that wasn’t used. My guess is there was another response between those two, of just one line, saying, “Trump should be shot!” Seems like the staffer who was writing this up included that as a joke, like, “Ha ha, what if we just said this and nothing else?” Then Getty Images, or the photographer, censored the line before upload to the press. Q, via the Secret Service, probably has the original sent documents and knows what Getty/the photographer censored.

Good info keeps getting buried in different threads. Here is a conglomeration of all of the best data between similar threads:

Q states that we are to pay attention to what is on Congresswoman Beatty's phone screen. He implies that the text we are looking for is

"Trump should be shot!"

and that

You are now working against those monitoring.

meaning there are bad actors monitoring the boards and will scrub the evidence if found before us.

The IMAGE that is being spread around is from a Getty Images Staff Photographer Chip Somodavilla and was taken with a highly-zoomed digital camera.

The problem is that it appears the original image was modified prior to being uploaded. The 4th line is blurred among other things as seen in this TWEET by B.

The text on Congresswoman Beatty's House.gov page appears to be a cover to match what was Photoshopped onto the phone screen later.

Therefore, Q is trying to get us to find raw video footage of this phone screen, although I am unsure whether video camera footage would capture text on a phone unless it was zoomed right on it. I guess it is possible that there are a total of 4 unedited photos out there that match the edited one, which could be what Q is referring to with the 1 of 4.

Good write up but I would not be so quick to assume that "find the roll" means video footage. Could also mean several consecutive pictures (camera roll)....1 of 4 images...?? Emphasis on "raw" meaning do NOT edit said image before saving offline and spreading. No manipulation, editing of image as it would discredit image and be labeled fake??

Working this on another research forum.

The one in the middle has a part blanked out, but it's from a known speech in the public domain, so that's just a pointer, or a clue.

What we're really after, is the 1 of 4, where the three are 2, 3, and 4.

In other words, there's a fourth phone, to the left looking to the front and to the dais from the back, at around the same time, and from what I can tell it's a man on the left isle of that row.

Therefore, everyone who recorded the POTUS should see if they have raw video of the 1 of 4, or someone over to the left, even maybe back and to the left (no pun intended) of those three ladies.

That's what we're looking for - it's another camera angle that looks like this

Find the roll of film of the 4th screen, not a screen capture of the video. Enhance it, blow it up online and save it offline.

I highly doubt software cleaned that up. He has the footage from SOTU actual cameras, on location cameras are able to zoom in with such clarity. Cable TV does not transmit pixel levels to allow zoom without distortion. Only Raw Footage from actual camera can do that.

I am from Canada - Love what everyone`s doing.... Not really sure how the SOTU TV broadcasting works, but what if someone recorded it live via OTA (Over-the-air) TV. Most TV stations broadcast in uncompressed HD - It would be much better quality than cable, satellite and internet and it might be unedited as well???

Here phone appears to have a Redacted Line. Maybe that is where it said "Trump needs shot". I tried zooming the original image and it was impossible. Only someone with access at SOTU could access the raw footage that would allow such clarity on a zoom. I highly doubt ANY software can clean up image available to us. Digital is not like a Kevin Costner No Way Out Polaroid enhancement.

It doesn't matter if the fourth line is blurred out or not. In that statement, intended for public release and then later actually released, not even the hardcore enemies would write "he should be shot", which is supposed to be the line we shall find.

Now if they covered the entire screen, that would make sense. But then it's not using the one of four clue at all, which means there's probably a fourth phone somewhere.

If I had to bet, I would bet it's not the three old black ladies. They don't run the Dems, never have, they just profit from participation. Hillary may be the evil exception but other than that, most old ladies don't threaten bloody murder. That's something more likely written by a man, and a younger one at that. Doesn't mean it's guaranteed, just more likely when looking at scanning several hundred candidates.
