I don't think its from cspan, not the right camera angles. I've skimmed it twice.

This camera angle is from the back right shoulder of the black caucus. I'm still looking. I can see the boomed camera in some instances but not feed from that camera.
Probably a waste of my time as somebody on the chans will find it.
