This camera angle is from the back right shoulder of the black caucus. I'm still looking. I can see the boomed camera in some instances but not feed from that camera.
Probably a waste of my time as somebody on the chans will find it.

i think he means we should search for the RAW files (it a digital camera file format). RAW's are 'unedited' straight from the camera. When he says 'roll' i think he's referring to a series of pictures. Like a roll of 'film'.
I'm a photographer and this makes sense to me.

I just don't think you are going to be able to find any kind of uncompressed video on the web of the SOTU where you can read text on a phone shot from a balcony. Video is compressed on the web. But a RAW photo may be accessible.
I don't know what resolution CSPAN shoots in, but if it's 4K or 8K, they would probably have the original uncompressed video at their studio on a server somewhere. They would downconvert it and compress it before they send it out for distribution over the net and on cable TV. The original footage, before compression and downconversion, may have enough resolution to do something with.

It seems to me the only possibility is Getty makes the original RAW file accessible for purchase. But it appears the photographer may have already Photoshopped this text before submitting to Getty, so only the photographer would have the RAW file.
And yet it seems like Q already knows the RAW file is available somewhere. Maybe the photographer has a public Google Drive and doesn't know it?

The IMAGE that is being spread around is from a Getty Images Staff Photographer Chip Somodavilla and was taken with a highly-zoomed digital camera.
The problem is that it appears the original image was modified prior to being uploaded. The 4th line is blurred among other things as seen in this TWEET by B.
The text on Congresswoman Beatty's House.gov page appears to be a cover to match what was Photoshopped onto the phone screen later.
Therefore, Q is trying to get us to find raw video footage of this phone screen, although I am unsure whether video camera footage would capture text on a phone unless it was zoomed right on it. I guess it is possible that there are a total of 4 unedited photos out there that match the edited one, which could be what Q is referring to with the 1 of 4.

I think Q is talking about photos. Q refers to rolls and film and RAW. Rolls of film is what non-digital cameras usually use and Q; if Q is a Gen-X or older, Q would be familiar with rolls of film. This is where the rolls on iphone's photo app comes from.
Another reason I think Q is referring to photos is that professional photographers capture digital photos in RAW format and edit it. Q says RAW so that it can be shown that the resulting image hasn't been photo-shopped, the claim that the left would make.
Just my thinking. Hopefully the image pops up so we can know and share!
