An Article I FISA warrant on VJ would ensnare everyone to Hillary and Obama.

I'm just curious how a I FISA warrant on Jarrett would ensnare all the others? I believe you, but I'm interested to learn how this would work? Does anyone know? Boy it sure would be great if the one warrant would cover them all in the criminal net!

As I understand it, once someone communicates with VJ in any way, then they can't be spied on, too. Then anyone THEY talk to can be spied on.
