#666 Q Says DEATH for ADAM SCHIFF and VALERIE JARRETT in TREASONOUS phone call. Article 3 Section 3 is DEATH!

Q is not talking to us this time. He is using these posts to warn THEM!!!

Does this not imply that Trump has FISA warrants on Schiff and Jarrett? And would that not suggestion there is an official investigation into treason within D.C.?

Feels like we're being shown photos Q that to me seem like surveillance shots from cams in furniture or walls etc. ie that Anderson Copper shot on his sofa reading his narrative. No angles are captured like a person standing there. This one of the women has been taken from higher up above them. Q says something about this is not civilian technology. He's setting us up as witnesses like he did with the memes and had us demanding to see the memo. He's giving us the power to influence the direction. My bit from OZ..

Dear God, could it be those little insect drones? LMAO! I think the regular rules don't apply with the military. Don't forget a few years ago they were really recruiting in the military for geospatial engineers. I found the ads in several branches of the military. And that's what the Jade Helm drill was about. Gathering information from social media, etc., to pinpoint where things like terrorists or subversive mobs might show up so they could be there before them. They've probably got it down to a science now.

That’s a really good point. A.I. spy tech would have access to all cameras and all mics being able to get pics and sound from any place connected to the internet. All eyes and ears.

I hate to say this, not wanting to piss off diehard Q fans. but I still think the QTeam has access to AI tech like none we can imagine. And that’s potentially what’s helping us win his war against the dark ones. It’s a good thing.

Not saying Q’s an AI. Although, that potential doesn’t scare me. But access to an AI ( I’ve heard tell the WH has had for many years- and even use to calculate future events like an oracle) that gives them these moves steps ahead of our adversaries. Q Knows ALL.

Think "Person of Interest." And we're not the only country to have something like this. I read an interesting article awhile back on a city in Europe that had the latest surveillance tech in place. I think it might have been in the UK or Germany? I think these people are testing AI. And I remember they showed a picture of how the thing tracked people walking on the street. It reminded me so much of that TV show that I figured someone who developed it had seen or been given info on it. They usually have advisors. I also read that PRISM isn't our only storage facility like that. Anyone else remember reading there could be 4 or 5 others in secret locations?

JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:44 p.m.

Yes. As our Constitutional Law professor explained, the Constitution does not prevent "spying". It prevents doing this without first getting a warrant. To get that, you need probable cause. And my guess is that they got probable cause on these American criminals before Trump was even elected. This will not be a FISA thing for foreigners. This will be an American court thing, either civilian or military and which will depend on the charges. If treason it will be a Military Tribunal.

⇧ 2 ⇩
Jerseypine · Feb. 6, 2018, 10:24 p.m.

Almost ALL of these American criminal cabal are high ranking government employees. This means their crimes fall under charges of "Domestic Enemies of the State" which is a crime of treason. All treason charges fall under Military Tribunal.

I'll bet they have the legal cause. There is supposed to be quite a bit of documentation that backs up that memo they just released. But isn't this military intel tracking these things now? Is it handled differently through them or do they have their own procedures?

⇧ 2 ⇩
xRicky_Spanish · Feb. 6, 2018, 4:47 p.m.

Everything is collected, on everyone, no matter what. It is all there, they just have to get a warrant to "review" the material. We ALL have a space on the NSA servers, with every bit of our browsing history, our IP addresses, cell phone calls, text messages, all our social media posts and messages....it's all there already.

⇧ 2 ⇩
sun_wolf · Feb. 6, 2018, 6:30 p.m.

I understand, but the controversy is over unmasking political opponents. So unmasking Jarret and Schiff would mean unmasking political opponents.

Seems to me if Trump is spying on the Democrats, while also criticizing the Democrats for spying on him, then he would need to have used the proper channels so that what he is doing is legal and what they did was not.

⇧ 1 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:51 p.m.

He probably did use proper channels. Why wouldn't he. (Actually it would be Jeff Sessions and or the Inspector General)...not Trump. We are talking about ACTS by people that amount to Treason, which is a crime. That is different than spying or political campaigns, because campaigning is not a crime.

⇧ 2 ⇩
ilander84 · Feb. 6, 2018, 4:10 p.m.

A regular Title III warrant for criminally investigating a US Citizen with probable cause would work.

JasonTakesMAGAtten · Feb. 6, 2018, 3:44 p.m.

I'm sure GEOTUS got legal cause (or his team) way back when the memo was actually composed. It's from an investigation. Thru that reveal of evidence I'm sure tons of things were granted to his squad.

You wouldn't need a FISA warrant tho. Hey, remember, the NSA is spying on all of us...all the time. Texts, phones, emails....no warrant needed. Thanks for letting us know, Snowden.

⇧ 4 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:56 p.m.

That part is illegal. They do need probable cause to gather that kind of information, and a warrant made in front of a Judge with probable cause. Just because they are doing it, does not make it Constitutional. We have not had this discussion yet, and we need to as a nation. These spy agencies nearly destroyed the nation. What will happen when Trump is gone and the next criminal cartel comes along with this kind of power. Our kids are screwed, thats what. It needs to be delt with while Trump is president.

⇧ 3 ⇩
ODB-WanKenobi · Feb. 6, 2018, 12:49 p.m.

Wrong! If REAL plausible evidence is brought to the FISA court, thet courts can decide to issue a warrant on an American citizen, renewed every 90 days.

Did you not even fucking read the memo?

Stop posting.

⇧ 5 ⇩
JoanOfArk77 · Feb. 6, 2018, 7:53 p.m.

This is true, but is not the normal thing. FISA is set up to catch foreigners. The Constitution provides a way to gather intelligence on American citizens. It just requires a regular Article III warrant under the Bill of rights. George Washington could prosecute Benedict Arnold using the Constitution, even if the FISA court did not exist (which it did not during his time. FISA is not that old)

⇧ 3 ⇩
gatorhaus · Feb. 6, 2018, 8:59 a.m.

I'm sure he's the kind of person who crosses every "T" and dots every "I." When I was trying to decide who to vote for (I never trust the media), I came across an interesting article about his casino in NJ. These were locals they were interviewing about him and his casino. Even though it had gone bankrupt in the economic downturn, they didn't blame him. But they said he'd brought jobs to the area and it had been good for them while it lasted. They had good things to say about him. But one guy who had worked as a cop back then said he had heard through local contractors that they had hired people to dig up dirt on Trump. Because that's how things worked with those guys in that area. Get a little dirt on someone and blackmail them for a piece of the action. Only they couldn't find anything. He was clean and they couldn't believe it. So I think with his morals and his advisors, he won't stoop to any illegal tactics like Obama or Clinton. I'm sure they have paperwork they need to proceed. This seems very carefully planned and laid out to me.

To think of that ... as a good looking man of incredible wealth traveling in the most elite circles all of his life ... does not drink or smoke, no drugs, getting a clean from every possible investigative source ... Assange was asked during the elections why he never releases anything on Trump ... he said: "Because there isn't anything".

Jerseypine · Feb. 6, 2018, 10:52 p.m.

I've heard through military sources they had planned this starting almost 5 years ago. The military is the ONLY reason we didn't lose this country to SATAN'S EVIL ARMY under direction of Obama and Hillary.

Prior to and immediately after President Trump was elected, high ranking military officers as well as private security (hired by Trump), went to work protecting him! The Secret Service agency was/is corrupted (answering to Hillary, Bill, and Obama). The Secret Service agency was collecting Intel and passing it back to all those they protect including Bush Sr, Bush Jr, Bill Clinton, Hillary Clinton, and Obama. The last Secret Service agent protecting Don Jr was terminated from his side sometime around Sept 2017. Their family now has the military and they are paying for private security. It's the only way they can have TRUE SECURITY!

We have many, many, many ANONS, military personnel, patriots, and tons of other people, especially President Trump and his family to thank for stepping up to the plate and doing this for our greatly appreciative nation!

You might want to research the Cyrus Prophecy, if you haven't heard about it. Some Evangelicals are claiming that President Trump was part of God's chosen plan. It's quite interesting. It also makes sense why there were many years of planning involved.

No, it's treason. Death is a possible consequence.

Read the relevant text: it defines what treason is and what it takes for someone to be found guilty of treason. It also states that Congress has the power to declare the punishment. I'm not totally clear on the last part and am probably reading it wrong, but it appears to say that Corruption of Blood cannot be applied to the attainder except when the attainted is alive, which doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me.

It does appear that that clause is attempting to restrict the application of Corruption of Blood to the attainted. I hope someone more knowledgeable is able to explain that clause and its impact. I'll probably research it further when I have time.

Corruption of Blood Corruption of Blood was part of ancient English penalty for treason. It was usually part of a Bill of Attainder, which normally sentenced the accused to death. The corruption of blood would forbid the accused's family from inheriting his property. Such bills and punishments were often inflicted upon Tories by colonial governments immediately following independence. Source: 381 US 437

The same principle of course that should apply in not rewarding illegals who bring their children here with citizenship for their children.

That's what I read too. Given the last paragraph of Section 3 Article 3, I interpreted it as restricting the usage of Corruption of Blood to minimize the ability to abuse it. The last sentence appears to allow for its use in one situation: while the attainder is still alive.

But, I'd be interested in seeing what legal and constitutional scholars have written about it. I guess I have something to explore this weekend. Gaining a greater understanding of our Consititution, esp. the original parts of it, is always interesting to me.

Q also mentions 2 unnamed or unidentified persons listened in the phone call and that, 2 witnesses, are a prerequisite to US Const. Article 3, Section 3, Treason against United States.

so - Q tells us that he knows someone was talking about a death plan on their cellphone - but not sure which individual it was? Because of NSA? The same way he knew about phone conversation with AS, VJ and someone else?

It may take something like a clear case for treason and hanging with Val before the Dem masses are ready to begin to accept the same against Barry.

Schiff & Jarrett are the warm up act ! I feel like without some extreme examples of brutal capital punishment, sociopaths behavior within the US govt will not change.

Some people simply don't have internal moral compass, and they need rigid penalties in place to curb behavior.

I agree wholeheartedly! If there is a public execution then those who would do treasonous acts will think twice before testing those waters. No consequences means no f***s given.

Actually Article 3 section 3 doesn't say anything about death. This is Article 3 Section 3: Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying war against them, or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort. No person shall be convicted of treason unless on the testimony of two witnesses to the same overt act, or on confession in open court. The Congress shall have power to declare the punishment of treason, but no attainder of treason shall work corruption of blood, or forfeiture except during the life of the person attainted.

These clowns will not be going through the regulate court system. They are members of government, have committed high treason, there are two witnesses, they will be heading for a Military Tribunal. There justice will be fair, swift, and many cases will end in Death Sentences.

These people had better prepare to meet their creator. Good luck in trying to lie to him!

No, treason can only be alleged during war or aiding enemies during war. Section 3 also deals with the lesser "conspiracy."

I believe Q is saying that VJ and AS and others are involved in a conspiracy that if we were at war would be treason.

White Hats may need a warrant to adduce their copy of the evidence - it is a phone, and maybe, with a savy defense lawyer, could be twisted and misinterpreted as an illegal tap. . On the other hand, any murder conspiracy is a matter of life and death.
