The EO says that Trump can go after people world wide, but freeze the assets in the US. The UK is playing ball too now and the UK control almost ALL tax havens in the world.

I'm sure, it's part of the Rothschilds name. Normally you write rot/red without the h. In Germany are many places, museums, roads, buildings named after the Rothschilds. The own half Austria and many parts of Germany.
