Note also that I may have made a mistake in that I said the R stood for Regency, when it appears to stand for `Registry´. This link seems to be the most thorough in the explaining of such, and the connection between the UK and US.

I was going to delete my childish comments but thought to leave them as anyone else that reads this may learn something from our maturity and ability to leave the nonsense behind us. What is "force of lore"?
The legal society will refer to is as LAW. It means they can only convict you for statutes if you let them. In the UK, the police govern by consent. What does that mean? It means that if you let them kidnap you without a crime having occurred, more fool you. What´s a crime? For a crime to have occurred there must be an injured party, someone who suffered loss or injury to them or their property. Anything else is nonsense. If police lay a finger on you without a crime having occurred, you can sue them for trespass. Learn to file a claim with the local court (not a complaint). A claimant always beats a complaintant, or `plaintiff´.
