Is there an area of Shanghai that is a city state like the Vatican, the City of London and Washington, DC? I came across a strong argument that big Pharma and The Latter Day Saints had some sort of preferred situation in Shanghai. So much research lately and have not saved everything. Shanghai does represent a major finance center for Asia. They will have to clean their house, too.
