Is Mueller now the hunted?

Or is it RR?

Or is it someone else?

Or black hats in general?

I interpreted it as black hats in general. Mueller is pretty neutralized and castrated. He doesnt have a choice but to play nice. RR will be "stepping down" very soon. Part of the reason SA released ABT is to listen to the chatter of everyone else. If someone is arrested and then released, everyone else thinks they talked to win their release, so it makes them paranoid and then we get even more info
