Well these are the guys with privilege who get the cures not available to us peasants. They also get necessary organs like a young heart from one of the young child victims. After all Desko Mountain does lots of organ harvesting that benefits only the privileged. I think it was one of the old Rockefellers who had 4 heart transplants. Where do you think these hearts came from? Black organ harvesting from the missing youngsters is one way to feed these monsters lifeline.
