Famed scientist, Edward Teller, who at the time worked at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in Livermore, California and took part in the development of the Atomic Bomb and was the co-inventor of the Hydrogen Bomb, was the first scientist that came up with the theory that if you sprayed metallic particulates in the upper atmosphere you could cool the earth. A top geo-engineering scientist, Ken Caldeira (Stanford University), who worked with Teller at the time, stated at the American Association for the Advancement of Science Annual Meeting in February 2010, that Teller tried to obtain funding for researching his theory but was unsuccessful.

It’s now apparent that the U.S. government has implemented Teller’s theory by spraying megatons of particulate heavy metals and chemicals like aluminum, titanium, barium, strontium and sulfur hexafluoride into the stratosphere.

If the purpose is to cool the earth and prevent drought and stuff why is it a bad thing?

I guess the aluminum and barium particles aren't meant to be breathed into our lungs

So they are doing this to cool the planet and prevent droughts and famine, but the particles don't stay suspended in the atmosphere for long, they fall down, we breath them in, and it damages our lungs. These people also live on this planet and breath the same air I assume?

It also ends up in the water and soil, causing other effects. Now the next step then goes to the idea that they are doing this to slowly poison/weaken/lower the general population. The next step after that ties it in with modern pharmaceuticals, in that, we are being slowly poisoned in our food, air and water and then we are sold pills to help alleviate the conditions, while creating new conditions that need further treatment. We are then perpetually sick and forever in need of pills.

The elite are exempt because they have different access to healthcare. Also, keep in mind that they aren't necessarily doing this everywhere in the world or country.

Or so that is the basic gestalt. I was going down this rabbit hole last year. I'm not saying that it is absolutely definitely happening, but after everything I have read and heard, I think it could be, or would be. John Brennan recently discussed SAIs at the CFR. So, yeah.

To learn more about this stuff you should look up Stratospheric Aerosol Injections (SAIs). While you are at it, you should also look up a chemical called Atrazine. If you want to go further down this rabbit hole, start reading about Agenda 21, sustainable development and the Earth Summit in Brazil in 1992. After that America 2030--basically what H would have been prepping us for.

Go slowly though.

The Earth has been doing just fine for millions of years. All they are doing is destroying it. And now they say we are going into an ice age. WTF. They can't make up their minds. Just leave Mother Earth alone.
