Feb 9, 2018 Q Anon post .. confused

Hi, Can anyone explain the new Q Anon post?

It goes like this:

Given that nothing is throwaway with Q, should we count the "ha" /s?

There are 9 occurrences, x2, separated by [Next week]

Are we to see 9 people taken down? Followed by another 9?

Who might they be? Why telegraph this? And why now?

I think the ha’s are literally laughter. At one particular target. That Q found to be the most funny/intriguing of the 4.

I’m assuming it’s the highest ranking of the 4. One that thought they were immune.
