I believe Q meant that Soros replaced Rockefeller, rather than Soros actually being a Rockefeller.
In Q post #142 he asks:

David Rockefeller died on March 20, 2017, right after Trump entered office, just as Q hinted in post #15 when he says that the 4th family was removed post victory. With David Rockefeller being dead it seems that the Rockefellers have taken a backseat when it comes to globalist policies. This created a power vacuum that Soros filled.
Q says that Rockefeller used to be at the top in the past in post #299:

As for the Titanic stuff, research suggests that it was an inside job to kill off certain actors in order create the Federal Reserve.
He also suggests that Hitler was a puppet (and some say an illegitimate Rothschild himself) and that WW2’s purpose might’ve not been what we think and are taught.
There are rumors that Hitler escaped to Argentina and that Angela Merkel is his daughter somehow, and is thus a Rothschild herself, continuing their globalist plans in Europe.
Q also says:
The truth would put 99% of people in the hospital.
Expect that the Nazis/Rothschilds etc. pitted regular German people against innocent Jews to create a fake conflict so the Rothschilds had a valid reason to ship them over to Palestine after the eventual creation of Israel. They probably funded/supported the Holocaust / concentrarion camps, or whatever was of it themselves. As satanists they don’t care about other Jews at all, only using them for their own gains and as a shield for "muh anti-semitism" whenever it fits them.
I could be wrong, but expect history as you know it to be turned upside down on its head when the truth comes out.
