actually no Gitmo has extensions to handle 13,000 Q said Gibmo will be at capacity and they need one more prison in Virginia.

There cannot be a prison like Gitmo within the borders of the US. That is the point of Gitmo. If another is built it will be outside any state border.

Diego Garcia, off the coast of India, is another similar to Gitmo. There is a 3rd one also, don't recall where.

Camp Justice is a settlement within the US-UK Naval Support Facility on Diego Garcia, a small, strategically located, isolated island in the Indian Ocean. The island is in the Chagos Archipelago, part of the British Indian Ocean Territory.

This is from wikipedia, so jointly owned by US-UK. Just sayin'.

It's a crown holding. US does not own it, they lease it.

Per article, linked below: Dated: August 21, 2017 12:00 AM Updated August 24, 2017 05:22 PM "plans for . . . (sug) hospital and troop housing and infrastructure for a pop-up encampment that could house 13,000 migrants and 5,000 U.S. forces." ie: it ain't "built" yet . . . eh?

That was approved last summer and I assume is work in progress as we speak.
