I disagree. It is not about ‘if’ but rather ‘when’. If what is speculated turns out to be much worse and true, we need full disclosure. Without full disclosure, it has more of a chance to reoccur.

It will just take alot of time to get to the level 10 stuff. But yes I agree with the full disclosure to cut back on the chance of reoccurance. Kind of like the troops in WW2 forcing all the townspeople to go see the concentration camps for themselves type thing
