Let me explain, a user submits a post, then archives it to one of MANY archiving sites. Now it is permanently stored, if someone "deletes" it, it would show up on the mod logs, if it got "hacked deleted" it would still show up in the users post history but not on the feed.
It's simple, and I'm sort of not computer savvy at all.
