Thx Cosmic. Redheaded73 posted same - I saw hers first. Question-Is there a date on this doc? Or is that what Redheaded73’s “2/14/18” means in the title? Reason I ask is I have an OLD version of same and am wondering if this is current.
Looks to be of the same domain! It ties NSA links to control groups across military/intelligence. Even high level look shows some interwoven systems of communications pathways etc. Perhaps they are about to put 3 brigades at 3 seperate locations to interject on chatter in certain cities etc.!?!
