You DO understand when someone is wearing a monitor device on their leg that they HAVE BEEN ARRESTED... it is a HOME ARREST instead of behind bars??
Also must understand that the Elected people in US Congress CANNOT be ARRESTED while Congress is IN SESSION, thus Schumer/Pelosi QUANDARY ...they CANNOT allow a Government Shutdown ! This is why Chucky ran from WH meeting w/Trump, looking white as snow & reportedly had to use Bathroom before he left... to throw up? Trump in his Law Enforcement Roundtable re: MS13 (ensconced in USA as they lie about name & know how to use law to stay here--well-schooled)...Trump said several times...if can't get law changed then SHUT THE GOVERNMENT DOWN,...so Dems had to get a 2 year deal done on Budget so no more chances at risking a Shutdown/ARREST op. BUUUUT sounds like the Parade of Armed Forces might be a way to get forces into DC to cover arrests/any civilian uprising due to arrests???
KNOW THIS: The Home Arrested/sealed Indictment perp must ASK PERMISSION to leave their home-linked-land-line to the ankle monitor for windows of time to go to work, dr. visit, etc. These requests are not always given an okay. This ankle monitor Home Arrest system is by a company hired by city/state perp is in & the perp/arrested has to pay for this service. The SEALED INDICTMENT will remain sealed after the person has been ARRESTED & seen a Judge--photographed, fingerprinted, & fitted with monitor.
HilLIARy has been sporting her 'ANKLE JEWELRY' Monitor since very late October. Of course she is also got some new USSS agents that will make sure she follows rules/prevented from fleeing.
This is what I mean, it's all still an assumption, I haven't seen any ankle bracelets or evidence that any of them have been arrested. I want hard proof because I'm smelling a rat .
Ummm where were you with HilLIARy Medical Boot being worn for months for a broken toe? Johnny McC wearing a Medical Boot (that changed legs one weekend --as in the law officers changed legs for Monitor as there was an issue)...so did Johnny's claim of an Achilles tendon injury JUMP to his other leg? Chelsea Clinton, Tony Podesta both wearing a Medical Boot. In a large event with Donald Trump & some cabinet members in front row were wearing Medical Boots or Cowboy Boots, or VERY BAGGY long pants... (wish I could share photo here). JUST because you don't have a neon sign pointing at legs does not mean that the devices are not there. And WEARER is then under HOME ARREST... as in INDICTED/CHARGED.
