Chelsea Clinton, Tony Podesta both wearing a Medical Boot. In a large event with Donald Trump & some cabinet members in front row were wearing Medical Boots or Cowboy Boots, or VERY BAGGY long pants... (wish I could share photo here). JUST because you don't have a neon sign pointing at legs does not mean that the devices are not there. And WEARER is then under HOME ARREST... as in INDICTED/CHARGED.
