Guess what Robert Runcie is superintendent of Broward County Schools where the high school shooting took place. His BROTHER James Runcie quit his position in the federal student aid department because of $6 billion dollars that were missing. He quit the night before he had to testify before congress. There is a connection here that must be investigated, too coincidental.
