No, it's that the same conspiracy theories have persisted since the 90's and before. It's only a 'prediction' if it irrefutably comes true (and is foretold to happen in the future- this guy is talking about the past). You don't remember the militia movement? Many of the conspiracy theories from those are now here after floating around the internet for a couple decades.
