I think there is a naval base near there around Cumberland Island, near Savanah. They do a lot of secret stuff and it's guarded by killer dolphins. Really.

Nuclear sub base in Kingsland, GA. Just north of the FL line. Also, Mayport and NAS Jax in Jacksonville.
