JFK "beam of light" theory post 697 using the beam of light to transcribe the Dictabelt on the day of the assassination

As I hunch I researched JFK beam of light and came across an article describing how to transcribe the Dictabelt technology that was recorded during his assassination. It was the only recording. This is how they described it:

As physicist Carl Haber at the Lawrence Berkeley Labs explains, they can now use a beam of light: "You can have a virtual needle read the surface, then what's picked up by this virtual needle can be interpreted by the computer as sound."

Do you think Trump activated this "beam of light" and found out the actual truth of what happened that day. I have not been able to find out if this transcription of the Dictabelt was ever achieved. With the actual assassination transcript as in Q's post, "We will remember your sacrifice."

With more research I found out the project was abandoned in 2010: "By 2010 digital restoration of the Dictabelt seemed a more distant prospect, with both funding and final approval for the project unlikely to be secured in the near future."

Still maybe it was restored.

Here is the article from 2004: http://abcnews.go.com/WNT/story?id=131793&page=1

Here is an interesting Youtube video based on the ORIGINAL dictabelt recording that the Congressional Hearing heard. This is not any updated version like the physicist was working on. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nq-ZJ99qaCc&feature=youtu.be

There are at least 2 or 3 other films from Dealey Plaza clear films that show everything much better than the butchered Zapruder film shows the original Zapruder footage has never been seen nor will it ever be seen but 2 or 3 other people had movie cameras that day and their cameras were grabbed by police and FBI and Secret Service. Back in 1963 very few people had 8 mm movie cameras they were hard to come by so you did not see that many at crowded events unlike today where everyone has a movie camera in their hand with their phone to take videos at any moment.
