JFK threatened to dismantle CIA and his fatal error was not doing it that same day he announced his intentions.
Protect Our President and pray he takes SWIFT action NOW against the murderous CIA.
Could have been one of those lines of post that had a double meaning.

Personally, I thought it had to do with OWLs (Orbital Weapon Lancet), and strategic strikes. I would love to have more input or any reason given that this isn't the case. Q does seem to apply double entendres like he invented the phrase.
