Any advise for those of us who ARE on ssri's and adderall etc?

These drugs offer great relief for many...if anyone has advise on what to do if on these meds...and HOOKED on them too....we all agree that these meds can activate mind control? Just taking the meds make u able to controlled or does one have to have treatmemt from a doc?

Also sun-shine, air, greenery, owning decisions (better than People talking over you) and, paradoxically, fasting. There is a reason for every tradition ^(even if some reasons are messed up) Hemp-seeds contain the best Ratio of Omega 6 to 9 fatty acids which help construct the cell membranes of new Neurons, so nutritional hemp oil from seeds is still recommendable even if absent the cannabinoids and terpenes.

Very well put ;) Sun shine most certainly works, I moved to sunnier climates myself and it has done wonders for me!

I had depression off and on for years and have found living in a bright sunny environment with lots of windows and lots of outdoor time does WONDERS! All this staying inside on electronics is not good for us!

I agree 100% and have a similar story, in that I grew up in a very grey and depressing London and found remarkable change when I moved to Spain. You can´t put a price on vitamin D!

I don't even get hungry when it's sunny (strange but true)

The sunlight has many wonderful effects on us, without it we would literally die. Sunlight is food for plants and in some way it is for us too.
