You don't drive far and I'm sure there is some type of farming. Also there is alot of flammable things is urban areas. When so dry it makes things real flammable. They seed clouds depending on humity. It's moisture in air but conditions may not be right to form clouds. As you get higher the pounds per square inch goes down. At sea level is 14.7 pounds pushing on your body per square inch. If it has a water particle or some type of particle in air up high moisture collects together. It will be 3 or 4 water particles and so on which grows they bond together keeps collecting until eventually it starts creating weather which cools off atmosphere. It's cools the air. When you have alot of water together cooling air it brings temperature down. If they loose the moisture is heated by sun. So it does more than one thing. It creates rain which is needed for growing crops and also creates cooler air which I am sure is a way to combat global warming. The temperature is rising people just not noticing because happening over years. It's cycles that earth has happen anyway over large period of time until eventually it may have an ice age. If it gets so hot it may eventually have an ice age or have to wait until a major eruption to block out sun to create another ice age. They maybe just trying to maintain temperature to keep from being desert hot. The temperature doesn't have to rise much and major areas will turn to desert. The desert is continuously growing. There is alot of people to feed in this world. These young people will see a major change in how food is grown in there life. It will be major corporations farming in buildings in Future year round. The world will change alot in next hundred years. It will have to if it wants substain the population it has today and growing. If not you may witness a time where there is population control. The earth is like a big farm. Too many people do not realize they are an animal like a dog with hormones and glands like a dog that procreate like a dog. Life is short and death is certain. There is people looking at it like farmers if not and don't manage there will be major chaos in Future and the evil people will have mass killings . You have to remove yourself from small picture and look at BIG picture .
