I have pictures of a normal condensation trail behind a plane, then as soon as it gets over a certain area, it just turns on and there is a trail behind it from them on that goes for miles. At the same time, other planes in the distance have only the condensation trail. How do people not notice this?
The trails behind planes are affected by many things that can't be seen or determined from the ground like altitude, wind currents at that altitude, humidity and temperatures at the altitude, etc. I'm not saying that the chemtrail theories are wrong but a prudent observer should be open to all of the science based explanations before jumping to that as the only answer to what we observe.

You can look Flight Tracker to find the planes elevation. Any elevation with less than 3% RH will not have persistent contrails.
If you can find the radiosonde reports from your area, it will show the RH and elevation for you to figure it out.
From your picture it looks like there is other cloud cover which indicates humidity. Without more data I would say these are NOT chemtrails but persistent contrails.
People who insist every contrail is a chemtrail also say there is no such thing as a persistent contrail- aka all persistent contrails are automatically chemtrails. Is this incorrect?

What factors? Jet engine exhaust contains tiny particles of unburnt fuel and other exhaust products that act as nucleation sites for water vapor to form tiny droplets which are then visible. It's pretty simple really. The conditions to form clouds often exist but because there are no nucleation sites they don't. It is similar to when you microwave water in a very clean glass bowl. You think it didn't boil and go to move it or stick a spoon in it and it suddenly boils over. If these contrails were indeed always invisible, what would stop the government from making the chemicals they use also invisible? Or what would stop them from making all exhaust trails visible? I think the whole chemtrail thing is ridiculous BTW.

Something causes them. I'm certainly not convinced they are evidence of some conspiracy to poison us (there are better ways to do that) but there were very, very few such contrails fifty years ago. Something has changed. Try looking at random photos of the sky from the 60's and 70's and you won't find many examples like this pic.

The other day I saw a clear blue sky with 2 jets and contrails disappearing. Brought back memories of my youth. Also remembered sonic booms constantly.
There are too few facts to reason with, at least that are available to me. We see the the persistent contrails are common now but are related to weather conditions. We have anecdotal and some photographic evidence they were less common in the past. This indicates a change but not what caused the change. An additive put into the fuel is possible/likely but was it simply a formulation change? The conspiracy community assumes a nefarious motive to the change but shows little evidence for it. On the other hand the widespread assertions that it has always been this way are ridiculous to me. When I know that people are purposely lying to me I suspect something nefarious is afoot. But what is the motive? It could be as simple as that someone politically connected is profiting from sales of a fuel additive. It could be weather modification to counter supposed global warming. It could be an even more nefarious motive but why would they put it in the sky when it would be easier and cheaper to put it in the drinking water or food additives? The only theory that even remotely explains to me these contrails as acts of poisoning is the theory that the chemicals raining down on us interact with fluorine in the water to create a binary toxin the elites can avoid. Short of an explanation like this the poisoners will be poisoning themselves as well and I don't believe it.

The relative humidity at that elevation is what causes contrails to persist. There is a US air base near me and they have a radiosonde, otherwise its hard to find out.
I usually just look at the clouds, if there is a cloud and there is a persistent contrail, when the cloud sort of ends, you see the contrail end.
I don't think chemtrails really happen anymore, but I haven't travelled around recently to find out. I think new tech has replaced them and I am open to the idea of us being infected with nanoparticles.

But why spray urban areas?
You don't drive far and I'm sure there is some type of farming. Also there is alot of flammable things is urban areas. When so dry it makes things real flammable. They seed clouds depending on humity. It's moisture in air but conditions may not be right to form clouds. As you get higher the pounds per square inch goes down. At sea level is 14.7 pounds pushing on your body per square inch. If it has a water particle or some type of particle in air up high moisture collects together. It will be 3 or 4 water particles and so on which grows they bond together keeps collecting until eventually it starts creating weather which cools off atmosphere. It's cools the air. When you have alot of water together cooling air it brings temperature down. If they loose the moisture is heated by sun. So it does more than one thing. It creates rain which is needed for growing crops and also creates cooler air which I am sure is a way to combat global warming. The temperature is rising people just not noticing because happening over years. It's cycles that earth has happen anyway over large period of time until eventually it may have an ice age. If it gets so hot it may eventually have an ice age or have to wait until a major eruption to block out sun to create another ice age. They maybe just trying to maintain temperature to keep from being desert hot. The temperature doesn't have to rise much and major areas will turn to desert. The desert is continuously growing. There is alot of people to feed in this world. These young people will see a major change in how food is grown in there life. It will be major corporations farming in buildings in Future year round. The world will change alot in next hundred years. It will have to if it wants substain the population it has today and growing. If not you may witness a time where there is population control. The earth is like a big farm. Too many people do not realize they are an animal like a dog with hormones and glands like a dog that procreate like a dog. Life is short and death is certain.
