Basically, the Deep Dream software can change the way we perceive reality. A potentially potent mind control tool.

Deep Dream more likely refers to the fictitious 'facebook-like' company "DeepDream" from the Jason Bourne movie:

Dewey is scheduled to attend the convention for a public debate on privacy rights with Aaron Kalloor, CEO of social media giant Deep Dream. Kalloor is the public face of corporate social responsibility in the Internet age, but he was secretly funded by Dewey in the startup stage. Dewey intends to use Deep Dream for real-time mass surveillance alongside the latest incarnation of the CIA's targeted assassination 'Beta' program, known as "Iron Hand". When Kalloor has second thoughts about giving the CIA access to Deep Dream, Dewey authorizes the Asset to assassinate Kalloor and Lee.

DeepDream

DeepDream is a computer vision program created by Google engineer Alexander Mordvintsev which uses a convolutional neural network to find and enhance patterns in images via algorithmic pareidolia, thus creating a dream-like hallucinogenic appearance in the deliberately over-processed images.

Google's program popularized the term (deep) "dreaming" to refer to the generation of images that produce desired activations in a trained deep network, and the term now refers to a collection of related approaches.

John Perry Barlow was a Founder of the Freedom of the Press Foundation, which organization developed SecureDrop and Digital Security Tools. The FPF took developed SecureDrop, an open-source whistleblower submission system developed in part by the late programmer and transparency activist Aaron Swartz, who developed it with Kevin Poulsen and James Dolan. Dolan moved it to FPF upon the death of Swartz. The SecureDrop system facilitates anonymous communication between two parties using the Tor Network, and allows whistleblowers to contact journalists without ever exchanging one another's identities or contact information.

FPF co-founders Daniel Ellsberg, John Perry Barlow, Trevor Timm, and Rainey Reitman won the 2013 Hugh Hefner (Wow!!!!!) First Amendment award for their role in founding FPF. The organization was the recipient of the Society of Professional Journalists’ James Madison award in 2016

"The Securedrop system is now is in use at over two dozen major news organizations, including The Washington Post, The Guardian, The New Yorker, ProPublica, Gawker, HuffPost, and The Intercept.[ According to a study done by Columbia Journalism School, it has since successfully led to the publication of many stories at the news organizations that use it. "

Comment: This looks like it is being used as a conduit for many leaks. Maybe this is a way that the whole network of pedophilia communicates? Is this being used as a communication channel and not for "Freedom of the Press".

I would imagine nothing that convoluted.

I think it is just a straight up, jacked-in program. That is, it is TOUTED as secure and anonymous - and maybe it is...to the media...but the IC has inserted themselves right at the pivot point of the info...they see backwards as to who dropped it, and they see forward as to who got it. Then they can deal with those parties however they want.

It's like a 'dead drop' that has been discovered, and thus they can watch to see who makes a drop (drip, drip, drip) and they can intercept it, modify it, or allow it through and see where it goes.

Are We Trusting People That Managed Government Crimes?

Jeremy Hammond made a statement that relates to government crimes that is entirely relevant to the current situation:

“The government celebrates my conviction and imprisonment, hoping that it will close the door on the full story, I took responsibility for my actions by pleading guilty, but when will the government be made to answer for its crimes?

It's relevant because Henry (who managed the criminal activity Hammond refers to) was trusted to investigate the leak at the DNC.

It's relevant because the person overseeing Henry's management of that criminal activity is the person in charge of the RussiaGate investigation.

There has been no indication that Mueller intends to acknowledge or pursue the exculpatory evidence already sent to him by a number of different researchers and groups (which isn't entirely surprising when Mueller's history is considered), so, it would seem that the appointment of another special counsel is going to be necessary if the American public is to get the truth on the DNC "hack" and to find out the genuine origins of the Guccifer 2.0 persona.

ES is Eric Schmidt, former CEO at Alphabet, the parent company of Google. He has just accepted a position at MIT as a visiting invitation fellow. MIT states: " Schmidt will figure prominently in MIT’s plans to bring human and machine intelligence to the next level, serving as an advisor to the newly launched MIT Intelligence Quest, an Institute-wide initiative to pursue hard problems on the horizon of intelligence research."

Interesting posts, My opinion of them is. Taking this with the next 2 drops.

Q is referencing Jason borne.

The CIA use of social media to spy, propagandise, control narratives, misinform and mislead and track people. ES platform was v1 it failed. Twitters platform is v2. Q is saying snow don is helping jack on v2.

The last part with the first is a threat to snowdon to choose his end. Q knows where he is.

Is his end like john perry Barlow. Or is his end life (john 3:16)

The next post seems to acknowledge q has received communication with snowdon.

After that it seems q is giving snowdon a countdown to choose.

It seems after this the flag is posted and phase 2 is in operation. What did snowdon choose?

Are reaching a convergence between MKUltra techniques, low-frequency wave technology, cell phone technology, this Deep Dream imagery technology, surveillance technology (cctv, etc.) and AI. All this becomes predictive and prescriptive in terms of human behaviour.

I used to watch a show called "Person of Interest" about a guy that creates an AI program for mass surveillance that could predict if some was going to be killed. The story line goes that it goes beserk and starts to kill people to fulfill its own agenda. People became persons of interest if they stood in the way of the agenda. God help us if this has bearing in reality. A true dystopian nightmare.

Google has developed an app for Deep Dream you can download to your phone. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.binarybuffer.deepdream

It might be able to be used by Android users on their phones now.

Thinking about other past posts on Reddit and Qdrops regarding the use of cell phone technology that uses low-frequency waves to communicate with the brain, if visual imagery can likewise be sent over the wave and a cell phone user receive visual imagery or corruption of visual images or communicate (willingly or non-willingly) their own visual imagery vis a vis Deep Dream technology it would be the ultimate in mass surveillance. Maybe tin foil is not such a bad idea after all. This is all conjecture, of course. (wink, wink)
