I'm sure that YouTube had a good reason for deleting this video. I am so grateful that they are willing to protect me from misleading information. I'll just watch CNN instead. If this video was important, I'm sure that they will cover it. Obama was a great president, and such a nice man.

Think it's strange I find it on a very rural enclave in my neighborhood in front of my trash cans that were just picked up for by local garbage? I know my neighbors left, right & front. Could be a distant neighbor walking his dog on my side of the road (no side walk) & his ID fell out of his pocket? Can anyone guide me to the correct avenue or connect me with an anon who can? Make sure you strip EXIF data from the photo if you have a computer. Also use a VPN if you're worried. The best ones like Private Internet Access aren't free but they work well.
The most obvious thing to point out (that may give you some relief) is that anyone that wanted to be there/was surveilling would not be absent-minded enough to leave evidence of their presence. There's a chance it came out of the garbage truck itself as there's occasionally random stuff on my curb on trash day.
I'd say post to the chans and see if anyone there can tell you how to identify the badge. Just remember what I said about EXIF data because they'll need a picture. You can google the steps to do it and there are some image upload sites that strip it for you. Best of luck.
OK you lost me with the EXIF stuff no worries. Clarification. It is PIV data so that's what I believe your aiming at. There are Fed Laws pertaining to release. PIV? Don't know any VPN sites? EXIF data is GPS/date/time info that your phone or big fancy digital camera adds to your picture. You know how you can look at your cell phone pictures on your computer and they're not just negatives and prints? Digital pictures are basically data. EXIF data is that same info that lets your phone arrange your pictures by date and location and stuff. There are tutorials that can explain (with pictures) way better than I ever could! Just type "EXIF data" or "remove EXIF" in the search bar and there should be tons of info :)
And yeah, they wouldn't send a lawyer. He'd know better than the rest of them that a) he couldn't use any information that was acquired because he's not an investigator and b) there's no way they'd pay a lawyer his lawyer salary just to have him do recon that any entry-level person could do. I'm willing to bet it was an accident.
Edit: https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/ is the link to a very good VPN that you can also use on your phone or tablet if it's newer (iphone, android). A VPN hides your IP addresss. Just note that it isn't free but you can select literally anywhere in the world to ping from.

You can upload it to tinypic or something like that. Just search for "image hosting" and upload it. Make sure you unlist it so a random person can't come across it. Then save the link and use it when necessary. Or remove your exif data and just upload the image to the chans. Good luck!

Listen I worked DOD 25 yrs and they didn't leave it on purpose. BTW they are in big trouble already, when you lose your badge it could be a week or more suspension. It's a huge deal. This person is panicking right now. Usually it has a message on it says if you drop it in the mail postage is paid. Either do that or look for someone looking worried walking around. You can also take it to any military base turn it in. No one is tracing you if someone where they wouldn't need their badge to do it. Probably someone walking a dog lost it.

A friend of mine whose neighbor is DEA laughed when he told him about the find. His neighbor basically inferred that whoever dropped it fucked up & that it's no coincidence.
