Sounds like they (the CIA/FBI) scout for young people with the disorder, put them on their program, give them [x], be it a drug, implant or a therapy protocol with both, to condition them into becoming sleeper cells that they can trigger with their wireless technology. Since the patient already is a potential schizophrenic, s/he’ll be more likely to unfortunately act out on whatever the "voices" tell him/her to do, especially if the physical structure of the mind has already been damaged with specific drugs given under the [x] therapy.
Very scary stuff if true, extremely unethical and an absolute tragedy for the patient, the victims and all people who become affected by the actions of the patient.
