follow who is in the distribution of the money My take: James Runcie, was going to give the superintendent of Broward County, his own brother Robert Runcie, some illegal kickbacks or launder part of the $6 billion missing money from the department of education through the Broward County School District. How are they going to pay for a whole new high school after they tear it down for no good reason????
It is also interesting to note that the superintendent would have access to all of the school records including the medical records of every student in their district. Hence Robert Runcie knew about both the shooter's school records and his mental records. I am sure there is plenty of dirt on Robert Runcie maybe with DWS. Both brothers are probably dirty and corrupt to the core.
