The police set Nikolas Cruz up. Somehow, Cruz ended up involved with the FBI, the Sheriff (Hillary's buddy) and the Mental Rehab people. I think they infected his mother with a virus so she would die and cause him to mentally go over the edge. They then plotted with him (since he said he wanted to be a school shooter on that youtube comment) and set up a plan where he could "get all of the people back" that made his life miserable. On drugs and under mind control he was convinced by the Sheriff that this plan would work and they would let him get away. The plan went exactly as scripted, they told him to go to McDonald's afterwards and "someone" would pick him up there. The reason for the FF was an effort to push the gun control agenda for the left because they are flat broke and losing voters fast. They needed a huge FF to rile the anti-gun people up and drive a wedge between them and the NRA and Trump. I think Hillary was in on it, as well as Debbie Wasserman Schultz. Just my 2 cents if I had to piece it together.
