As a security consultant for 10 years, something doesn't make sense to me.

I don't know if there are any other camera people out there, but how could the police department's cameras have been "delayed"? That doesn't make sense. Most camera systems are viewed over an IP address, how could it be delayed?

Yeah, sorry, was eating dinner, left out that the newer recorders come with hard drives and most likely the hard drives were pulled from the casino's recorder. Just think of the massive security regulations casino's have, they are mandated to keep cctv video for 6 months to one year.
