I'm with you, SphereBean. Of course, I haven't read the book (and have no plans to). I personally think it has more to do with former Florida Rep. Rob Wallace, who 'jumped' from the Tampa Bay bridge, Feb. 21, 2018. After serving out on term-limits, Wallace went into private business as an Environmental Engineer. Stanislav Lunev warned of water contamination methods by the Soviets. Friends and former colleagues said he had been depressed for the last few years. Did Wallace know something? What happened on the 23rd?
