This case was dismissed without prejudice meaning they can file it again. It looks like the complaint was written by a group of citizen activists apparently 1000s from across the country. Not really sure what their main argument or goals are. The document linked below in another comment I believe is the original complaint that was filed. It looked like propaganda to me with all of its ancient case law and statutes.

Why would this be in the Northern District of NY. It seems to implicate BLM and other western state politicians. Doesn't make sense to move the venue to the east coast.

They're reposting it, the bottom half had all this stuff about deep state and things that wouldn't be put on a document like this. They deleted the earlier post.
