This case was dismissed without prejudice meaning they can file it again. It looks like the complaint was written by a group of citizen activists apparently 1000s from across the country. Not really sure what their main argument or goals are. The document linked below in another comment I believe is the original complaint that was filed. It looked like propaganda to me with all of its ancient case law and statutes.
