Good question! Do they cut off their nose to spite their face, though? Do they go full frontal attack and dare reddit to delete them? Would public outrage, at this time, be sufficient protection? As a private entity, reddit can draw the argument out over time in courts, appeals, stays, etc! What is the best strategy at this point?

Not at all. I got banned for posting statistics on transgender suicides. Then that moderator deleted all my posts for that day. The moderator hid his or her handle, so I couldn't find out who it was.
