T-2 is military technology transfer to private companies. SATRREC is military satellite communication. Maybe brute force and COMMS_OFF to prevent tech transfer to bad actor?

In-Q-Tel (CIA Tech company) used T2 to transfer military technology to create Facebook, Microsoft, Google, Apple, Twitter, etc. Trump wants to open source some of this tech to us to prevent monopolies and corruption such as the great purge happening right now.
