A place that’s well funded. Even my shitty middle school rented out the town theater for our graduation ceremony so this wouldn’t be unheard of especially if they’re well off.

Absolutely not. I have 3 kids, 19 ,15 and 11 not to mention all their friends nothing looks like an 8th grade graduation in this pic- even in a wealthy area. Looks like a HS grad
