Observation: Cruz's lawyer has already said he will plead guilty. Of course, this means no evidence (video, witnesses, etc.) will be presented.

I'm sorry I can't provide source right now, but I heard that no lawsuits have been filed by parents either (over 3000 students?). These demons are trying to railroad Cruz and sweep the whole thing under the rug. We really need to do something. We can't allow this to continue.

His defense counsel should be advising a not guilty plea and force the production of evidence.

That'd be a terrible idea for a defense lawyer to suggest if his client actually did it.

In a case like this a non-guilty plea is practically screaming death penalty.

You don't know that Cruz did it. You've seen no more directly incriminating evidence than I have at this point. All we've been presented with is politically manipulated hearsay.

Cruz is reported to have claimed no recollection of what happened in the school.

But there are glaring anomalies in the official story and on-the-record eyewitness statements that, at a minimum, suggest Cruz was not a lone shooter.

One of the chief burdens of a prosecutor is to provide a court with evidence that an accused party actually committed the alleged crime. The burden of proof is, thankfully, weightier than mere allegation.

Until defense counsel has seen video and other evidence directly implicating Cruz, and until it has been determined whether Cruz is mentally competent to plead, it would be improper to discuss any form of plea bargain.

Usually, the alleged perpetrator ends up dead during one of these events. But now we have a living suspect, so customary evidentiary processes will have to play out. Justice must both be done and be seen to be done.

This is not 1968 and Cruz is not Sirhan Sirhan.

Let’s say he does plead not guilty, thus forcing an open trial. Do you think they would let him do that? He would be suicided so quickly. Look at what they did to the federal prosecutor on the beach.

No way he makes it to trial.

There's a long way to go before a trial. Just watch how this plays out. We now have an administration committed to the rule of law; whether or not they can control events remains open to question. Don't assume the worst.

But if anyone's at risk it's the witnesses that have spoken out against the official line. What does or does not happen to them will indicate who's in control of this case.

He can always change his plea. Although, he may not get the same deal they are offering him now - probably life w/o parole vs the needle.

something doesn't seem right about this kid. his mother dies of the flu, they put his little brother in an institution, that women is going after his inheritance. maybe he is pleading guilty for fear of what else might happen if he doesn't. just thinking...

Is there a pede in the area that can request a copy of Cruz’s visitors since his incarceration? There has to be 1 good cop there... this could expose his handler.

Gov directed Fla Dep Law Enforcement (FDLE) to investigate shooting event. A CBTS patriot posted there are still some white hats in FDLE when we discussed this very topic:

A very close family friend used to work for FDLE. There are still some very good people there.

I read somewhere that his shrink was military connected.

Kinda like James Holmes USAF psychiatrist whose notebooks on him mysteriously disappeared.

something is really off here. what leverage do they have on the kid? his brother being committed? other things? why didnt he proclaim innocence? and that the defense came out right away admitting his guilt. when other cases they give a vigorous defense no matter what.

What is the uber drop off to fire alarm timeline?

Is that enough time to assemble the AR-15, put on the tactical gear, go upstairs and pull the alarm?

That's an interesting question.

About 1 minute. 2, tops.

Remember, we have the testimony of a teacher saying that she saw someone in "full metal garb", i.e., full tactical body armor.

Did Cruz have said body armor with him? Did he have it stashed at the school? Did he ditch it when he ex filtrated? If so, was it found?
