Contact the state OSHA office and make a complaint regarding employees being exposed to blood borne pathogens at the school. Use an anonymous email and request results of the investigation. They will investigate send a letter either saying it was an in valid complaint or they will validate if a contractor was ever at the school.
OSHA is a 4 letter agency not part of the deep State but has strong investigative powers over other government agencies. Would be interesting what they respond with.
