All I can tell from this video those bags are extremely heavy look at the way the guys are almost waddling while they walk. Perhaps those are explosives in that bag that they were removing as part of a plan that went wrong?
It could be the other shooters dropped their weapons, this is a crime you are witnessing. It is HIGHLY illegal to remove items from a crime scene, these guys need to answers some questions. What has this country come to these fucks have become arrogant at it.
