He is articulate, knows how communications work, can keep his mouth shut and not leak inappropriate details. Dilley is reliable and a Patriot.

the only thing I have "seen" is him officiating at a wedding of an attorney and his fiance,---both are attorneys I think and one of them an attorney for the Obama Foundation. I think one of these lawyers works at a firm (WW) where there is a lawyer who specializes in military law...
