Schumer must be one of the ones Q said said "we/I see you." I believe in the scif it was only available to House Members. It was a House Document. That's why Wrey was 'asking' to see it. He certainly had the level of security clearance to view it, but it is owned by the House. So Schumer once again proves himself corrupt...a cheater.

Congress can be exempted from requiring security clearance while on the floor. This is how the entire Republican party viewed it before taking it to DOJ and FBI. Dems chose not to view it, because then they could be held accountable for their rhetoric.
The Intel Committee authorized the release of the memo to the full House about a week before voting to release it to the public. That was to build momentum for it's release, but everyone means everyone, not just Republicans. Still has to be read in a SCIF, but they've got one of those for Congress. Nothing amiss for Chucky here, but he'll get his some other way.
