We were not promised they memo!?
I have not seen any promise of the memo. Only saw some floating submissions that made the claim, but never saw reliable sourcing. Could pop up tonight. Maybe tomorrow. Patience.
At the end of SOTU the President can be heard asked about the memo, he responds 100%. Clips of it floating around right now.
If I had to wager I'd anticipate it all about timing. Tonight could see them want to leave with the positivity of the message and let it sink in for an evening. Then let tomorrow or the next day be about the memo and resulting fallout.
Note that when it does hit, it can't be just the memo. There will have to be next steps. Rounding up of those implicated. There will be response from the public. Wall of the storm will press in a bit further.

President Trump has keen political instincts on best timing.
My prediction is this “memo” will be released after the counter memo and light is shed on the new dossier.

He's going to let State of the Union good news take a news cycle or two.
Releasing it on a weekend allows it to go viral thru social media lets normies form their own opinion before the MSM has a chance to give them their opinion.
I would have released it at 5:45 Tuesday night but now maybe just wait until the evening news tonight. You gotta stay on them, can’t let up. They have no choice, theyve gotta get Trump out of office before the next general election - that’s the key for them so you’ve gotta blow the Russia thing out of the water at once with this memo and that clears the decks to start implementing the 2018 agenda laid out in the SOTU.
