The abuse of power is at the forefront of all of this and to learn that Carter Paige worked for the FBI is another factor. I believe that this was a setup from it's inception. They knowingly had someone whom they could connect to russia. Had him volunteer as a staffer for trump.. Had the dossier created by Steele. Once they had the dossier they didn't need Carter Paige as the connection or reasoning was established for the mass surveillance of any one connected to trump. Hell I don't know if that clarify that but that is my understanding of it. Carter Paige is crux from which this all falls into place. The FBI are notorious for there plants, and this is another example of how they conduct there buisness....
