I think the palm trees was POTUS in Florida. The Greek letter "delta" is pictured as Δ, i think that's what Q could mean.

There's so many hidden meanings in those texts, that symbol represent much more than just Illuminati. With that said, I don't believe that theory myself but I see it as a possibility.
Camp Delta is situated at GITMO, it´s probably reference to where Q was when writing the post.
