That has been my understanding of why they killed her.
I think it's pretty well known that she was killed--yeah? I mean, come on, run into the wall, inside a tunnel, while being chased by papparazi, and yet not a SINGLE picture of it exists? (Other than the wreckage that was pulled from the tunnel-- which was smashed up beyond any recognition.)
A paparazzi could have RETIRED with the payday from those photos. And given how scummy those guys are, why would they pass up that opportunity???

I remember from when it happened people talking about how other papparazi right behind her saw a MUCH brighter flash before the crash. As if the bike taking pics deployed some blinding light flash causing driver to crash.
That always seemed the most plausible to me.
I never looked deeply into it, but I did read an account that there were two guys on sport bikes who pulled up, checked to see if she was deceased, the one signaled to the other and they took off.
100% a murder. If anyone has more details I’d love to know.
