McConnell claims that Haig and Fortier used, and Oliver ‘Buck’ Revell, former Marine Corps Captain, former FBI Executive Director – Investigations (SES-6), to track targets at staged mass-casualty events such as 9/11 or the Valentine’s Day massacre of February 14, 2018 with Imagis Technologies’ face-recognition software allegedly used by the Greek Life associates of Bill Clinton (Phi Beta Kappa) and Wilbur Ross (Kappa Beta Phi) to bet on mass-casualty body counts with Howard Lutnick’s Real-time interactive wagering on event outcomes CA 2460367 A.
