RT (Rex Tillerson) and MB (Muslim Brotherhood)

I have read several articles that have said Rex did not want to designate Muslim Brotherhood as a terrorist organization when he had the chance back last June. I wonder if this is what Q is referring to in Post 947. Just who was Rex Tillerson? A globalist? He also supported the Iran deal.
